The wildly successful online poker room FullTiltPoker.com, just revealed that once again they will run the Full Tilt Online Poker Series or “FTOPS” at the start of November. This Full Tilt Poker Championship will open with a $216 no-limit Texas Hold em game. There is also a $15 million prize pool. The Fulltilt Poker tournament has a total of 25 events with the main Texas Hold em event on Sunday, November 16th which will award $2.5 million in prize money.

There is a possibility for any player to take part in the poker tournament, by earning as many satellite wins as possible. Judging by how many satellite games you come first in, the more tournament chips you will receive. If you are successful in winning more satellite events than the rest of the players, you will get two more buy-ins for the tournaments. The satellite poker games are are going on now, and all registered users of Full Tilt Poker can play.

The FTOPS Texas Hold Em tournament launched in 2006 when it consisted of 8 events and awarded $1 million in prizes. At the present, the Texas Hold Em Tournament has become hugely popular, with last year’s Texas Hold Em tournament running 25 Texas Hold em events and prizes of over $15 million. Next month’s tournament will include a Two-Day Event having buy-ins of $2500 to $5000. The Initial Two-Day Event was FTOPS V, that Texas Hold Em tournament had a winner take home a prize pool of $400,000. FTOPS X’s Two-Day event has a definite pool of over $2 million. This Texas Hold Em tournament will start on Sat., Nov. 15th.
